Rachael is an educational leader with a passion for Montessori principles, emphasizing curiosity, independence, compassion, and responsibility. She holds degrees in Public Policy (MPP) and Special Education (M. Ed.), as well as a nearly complete Elementary Montessori Certification that is accredited through MACTE. Rachael is a Licensed Teacher in the State of North Dakota, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator.

Her passion for education extends beyond the classroom, embracing the belief that learning happens across all settings—in nature, in communities, and in everyday moments. Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachael treasures time with her husband Mathew, children Jude and Luka, and their fur family. Whether hiking, camping, or enjoying the antics of backyard squirrels, she finds inspiration in the world around her. Her life reflects compassion and purpose, a love for learning, and inspiring others to do the same.
